Chain shredder mod.FR is Pellerano’s Green Line.
The Green Pellerano Line was created to provide all the qualities of chain shredding in the range of 18 to 70 HP power tractors for those users who have less “pushed” work needs.
The working standards remain excellent allowing to operate in the presence of a lot of stone and fixed rock outcropping in absolute tranquility.
The engine rpm at 1300-1400 rpm is more than enough for the forage harvester. This allows a 50% power absorption compared to all other types of shredders and also a consumption of over 50% less than the same.
Also the emissions of CO2 (carbon dioxide) and consequently the fuel consumption are reduced a lot compared to the other shredding systems, consequence of the addition of less power absorbed and less use regime of our chainsaw.
Moreover they are not under the phenomenon of sulphurization present in all the other types of forage harvesters when proceeding with an excessive advancement speed with respect to the mass of the shredding material. The reason is very simple: the distance between the trenching organs is very large and therefore allows a lot of “dumping”, ie the shedding of the shredded material.
The working width, almost equal to the size of the transmission in the center of the machine and not sideways, allows to get very close to the obstacles and also to not receive any damage.
The same stone is largely broken by the action of the hardened steel chains (UNI 818/2) of the Chain Trenchers mod.FR.
Another very important and appreciated feature is the possibility to work both in forward and reverse gear without any problem.
About the ability to shred these machines can shred all kinds of weeds (also very compact grasses, reeds, cistus, rushes of all kinds, brambles, acacias, etc.) and also pruning of all kinds (better if well dry).
The oil-bath geared transmission gives this machine a noiselessness that no other type of shredder possesses and reduced maintenance at the only control of the oil level.
The whole structure in FE510 attributes greater strength to the same weight.
