The Pellerano Mulching mod. PAC is a very robust and simple machine that allows mulching to be carried out in any soil situation.
It is completely adjustable, equipped with adjustable friction for an optimal tension of the plastic film.
Moreover, with a wide range of optionals, it can perform many other processes at the same time.
It can put a hose or irrigation pipe, pierce the mulch before transplanting, and distribute fertilizer and plant protection products. All in one passage.
Very important feature of this model is being very short. This allows the end of the line to get practically right under the tractor and need very little work to close the row.
With the addition of the baulation kit consisting of a pair of coulters and one of the adjustable disks you can also get a central trunk. We have chosen this solution (plowshare + discs) to obtain the maximum in all conditions of the ground …. in fact the turning discs offer the best in height, the plows fill the base.
With the spreading device or friction roll (always rubbed to prevent unintentional unrolling when stopping with the tractor and the bobbin could continue to run), an optimal installation of the irrigation system is achieved.
The drilling of the unperforated plastic film can be drilled with the pre-transplanting driller. In this way, the management of the plastic warehouse is simplified so as to always drill the unperforated film with the optimal distances for each crop.
On request, we supply the version with the roller (instead of wheels) or the wheeled version with an adjustable roller.
