Chain shredder mod.TT175 was born from the need to complete the Pellerano range of tractors from 50 to 80 HP of power.
The structure of the machine is very robust and allows a very intense use with open field tractors and orchard type and is more similar to the upper models mod.LM and ALG with a slightly smaller footprint.
The engine rpm at 1300-1400 rpm is more than enough for the forage harvester. This allows a 50% power absorption compared to all other types of shredders and also a consumption of over 50% less than the same.
In this way CO2 emissions (carbon dioxide) and consequently fuel consumption are greatly reduced compared to other chopping systems, a consequence of the addition of lower power consumption and lower use of our chain shredder.
They are not subject to the flooding phenomenon present in all the other types of forage harvester when proceeding with an excessive speed of advancement.
The reason is very simple: the distance between the trenching organs is very large, so it allows a lot of “discharge”, ie the discharge of the shredded material.
The working width almost equal to the encumbrance, having the transmission to the center of the machine and not sideways, allows to get very close to the obstacles.
The tractor attachment of the mod.LM190 is equipped with slotted brackets to allow the machine to follow the lateral differences in the level of the ground.
The same stone is largely broken by the action of the hardened steel chains (UNI 818/2) of the Chain shredder mod.LM190.
Another very important and appreciated feature is the possibility to work both in forward and reverse gear without any problem.
About the ability to shred these machines can shred all kinds of weeds (also very compact grasses, reeds, cistus, rushes of all kinds, brambles, acacias, etc.) and also pruning of all kinds (better if well dry).
The oil-bath geared transmission gives this machine a noiselessness that no other type of shredder possesses and reduced maintenance at the only control of the oil level.
The whole structure in FE510 attributes greater strength to the same weight.
